Attorney Brittany Wescott is the firm’s founder and managing attorney. As a solo practitioner, Attorney Wescott strives to provide her clients with exceptional and reliable service.
Before earning her law degree, Brittany received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance as well as in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law and a minor in History from Catawba College, a small liberal arts school in Salisbury, North Carolina. While enrolled, Brittany excelled academically, held various leadership positions, and participated in various clubs and organizations.
With her experience in various customer-facing positions Attorney Wescott has developed the skills needed to break down barriers, relate and comforting to those in crisis.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. In law school, Brittany was a social leader and advocate among her peers. She was an active member of Delta Theta Phi (Larkin Senate), a professional law fraternity, and the Legal Association of Women, where she held a position as Treasurer from 2018 to 2020. Further, she was a dedicated member of Law Review, where she gained valuable experience in legal writing and research.
In 2021, Attorney Wescott was called to the Massachusetts Bar which enabled her to bring her vast experience in customer service to the legal arena. Attorney Wescott is a dedicated, hard-working individual who provides her clients with a high standard of quality and diligence. Attorney Wescott takes pride in her preparation and attention to detail. By understanding and connecting with her clients, she can work with them through frustrating and seemingly impossible legal issues.
